Can I return or exchange?
All sales are final. To ensure you receive the items you intended on purchasing, please read all product descriptions before placing an order.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 3-4 business days to prepare your order to be picked up from USPS or UPS. Please note that the shipping time frame is separate and is additional to the order fulfillment time.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once we create your shipping label. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $6.99. Our shipping methods are USPS and UPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. In the event of a lost or stolen package, please contact USPS or UPS. All packages are insured up to $100.
How do I get free shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on domestic orders over $60. The total must be over $59 after any/all sales or promos have been applied.
Do you ship to my location?
Currently we ship to all 50 states in the US.
Our products are hand made and made in small batches. With that said, no two products will ever be identical, so slight differences in size, smell, color or consistency is not abnormal.
