Shipping & Returns

 

Can I return or exchange?

All sales are final. To ensure you receive the items you intended on purchasing, please read all product descriptions before placing an order. 

When will I receive my order?

Orders are typically fulfilled within 3-4 business days to prepare your order to be picked up from USPS. Please note that the shipping time frame is separate and is additional to the order fulfillment time. 

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once we create your shipping label. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is determined by the estimated weight of the package, and the distance the package is traveling. Shipping rates are determined by USPS.  Rates vary depending on the market.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages In the event of a lost or stolen package, please contact USPS. All packages are insured up to $100. 

How do I get free shipping?

We offer FREE shipping on domestic orders over $60. The total must be over $59 after any/all sales or promos have been applied.

 

Do you ship to my location?

Currently we ship to all 50 states in the US  as well as Canada and Mexico.

Our products are hand made and made in small batches. With that said, no two products will ever be identical, so slight differences in size, smell, color or consistency is not abnormal.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer credits for any reason. Please email, text, or contact us via chat or social media message us with any questions prior to making a purchase. Please read the full descriptions for the product you are interested in purchasing. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to you. Please read all disclosures and FAQ prior to making a purchase. We do not offer any warranties, or replacements. All An·y·bod·y orders are non refundable, exchangeable or returnable. An·y·bod·y Warehouse hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM – 5PM. We do not process or ship orders on Weekends or National Holidays.  Our Customer Service is available Monday-Friday, 10AM – 6PM. Please allow 24 – 48 of our business hours for an email response.
